Erasmus Student Network is organizing an initiative Social Inclusion Days where more than 500 local associations in 40 countries will host events that raise awareness and take action about volunteering and disability from 29th of April until 12th of May.
The aim of this Erasmus+ initiative is to show students and youth in general how student mobility is enriched by volunteering and to help students make the most of their mobility, thus indirectly promoting understanding and tolerance making society better for everyone.
The two-week initiative will provide international students with the opportunities to learn how they can contribute to society as European citizens.
Last year's Fall semester Social Inclusion days hosted 808 events and 557 activites which focused on the learning experience of the students during their volunteering activity and internationalisation at home for local students.
The numbers are both impressive and encouraging and we are looking forward to event better results in this years' Social Inclusion Days.
- Everyone is invited.
