CALORIE BOMB, and yet, with no sugar. It's a must try!!
There is enough here for 17 pieces.
I used silicon castings.

-150 g walnuts
-30 g shredded coconut
-30 g oat flour
-140 g dates paste

-90 g cashews
-170 g dates paste
-100 g peanut butter
-pinch of salt
-1 tbsp coconut oil
-65 g coconut cream

For the first layer blend all the ingredients in a high power blender and press into silicone molds. For the 2. layer blend cashews and mix them with other ingredients. Add that mixture over the base and put in a freezer for 2h. For decoration melt 50 g of chocolate and spread over cakes.
