Another year, another end of a year. This brings us to holidays, and really, does anything go better with this time of year, than cakes? Yeah, I don't think so. So, we pulled some connections, and we got a great recipe for you. This one is simple, but damn, does it taste good. We present;  Choco Rolls

-300 g wheat flour
-80 g almond flour
-230 ml almond milk
-1/2 tsp salt
-7 g dry yeast
-3 tsp agave syrup
-1 egg

-almond leaves

-100 g coconut cream
-1 orange juice
-3 tbsp agave syrup

How to do it?
In one bowl, mix dry ingredients. In other bowl mix dry yeast with warm milk. Then add that to the dry ingredients mixture. Add agave syrup and egg.  Mix while adding extra flour until you get a dough texture. Put the dough in other bowl and leave it to rise for 1 h. After that, when the dough is risen, roll it out, spread proteinella over it and sprinkle with almond leaves. Roll it out and cut into 12-13 pieces. Put it in a prepared baking mold and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
When it's done, pour the glaze over it.
