With this post, we bestow upon you a new recipe for another amazing delicacy. It is a bit more complex than the two previous ones, but that'll make it all the sweeter.
Dry ingredients:
-200 g spelt flour
-2 tbsp cocoa powder
-a pinch of salt
-1 1/2 tsp baking soda
-25 g hazelnut
-2 rows of dark chocolate
Wet ingredients:
-2 eggs
-60 g cocoa powder
-50 ml agave syrup
-2 tsp vanilla
-100 g soya milk
-200 g apples
Topping:
-80 g dark chocolate
-15 g coconut oil
-1 tbsp peanut butter
Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl. Put all the wet ingredients in the blender and blend it until you get a smooth mixture.Mix dry and wet ingredients and put the mixture in your mini bundt cake mold. Bake 40 min at 180 degrees. For the topping melt chocolate with oil and peanut butter and pour over cooled cake. Decorate as you wish!
